Patricia Reily is the Veteran’s Services Director and a professor at California State University San Marcos. She served for many years in the United States Navy, retiring with the rank of Commander. Reily attended Officer Candidate School the first year women were accepted. Reily later initiated the first comprehensive study of sexual assault in the history of the US Navy and drafted the Navy’s first sexual harassment policy.
